Account Executive
Burlington, VT
The Account Executive reports to the Director of Sales and is responsible for assisting inbound sales to the Mamava website, as well as prospecting for new business to grow both new and existing accounts and drive revenue growth across all product lines. This is a salaried, full time position based in Burlington, VT. Overall total compensation includes base salary + commission + year end bonus at target.
Senior IT Generalist
Burlington, VT
The Senior IT Generalist serves as the organization's primary owner of enterprise technology platforms, integrations, and systems infrastructure — balancing hands-on execution with strategic oversight. This role combines platform administration (Google Workspace and enterprise SaaS tools), systems integration and data-flow governance, and technology infrastructure oversight, while also overseeing (and occasionally performing) front-line technical support. The Senior IT Generalist partners closely with subject-matter experts across the business, a dedicated fractional support resource for day-to-day helpdesk needs, and an external managed service provider (MSP) responsible for cybersecurity, data privacy, and compliance. This is a full-time, salaried position based in Burlington, VT with a hybrid office schedule.
Production Manager
Springfield, VT
The Production Manager reports to the VP of Manufacturing and supports personnel management and day-to-day operations of the manufacturing facility, overseeing a mid-sized production team. This is a full-time, salaried position based in Springfield, VT.
