Take action on airports

Some airports have great lactation spaces. Many don’t. We’ve made it easy to ask them to do better.

Option A. Copy the message below and send it to any transportation facility.

Option B. Click on an airport link below to generate an email automatically to the appropriate contact at that facility.

Dear [Airport],

I’m a breastfeeding mother and I’ve noticed that many airports provide traveling moms with comfortable, secure and private spaces to breastpump or nurse their little one.

But I haven’t found such a place in your airport.

I’m writing to request that you improve the traveling experience for all mothers by providing a dignified place to produce food for my baby that’s not a bathroom. (Would you make a sandwich while sitting on a toilet?)

Mamava has a simple freestanding lactation solution, and nearly 50 airports around the country, including Atlanta (ATL), New York's JFK, SEA TAC in Seattle, have already installed Mamava's lactation suites beyond the security checkpoint to ensure a stress-free travel experience for moms and families.

Breastfeeding is at an all-time high in the U.S. and continues to grow. Mothers go everywhere, for work and for leisure, but we can’t always take our babies with us. When your airport provides a dedicated space for pumping and breastfeeding, you’re getting ahead of the bi-partisan Friendly Airports for Mothers (FAM) Act before it becomes law, and earning the support and approval of happy mothers, often shared on your social media channels.

Please help us keep our babies healthy by making sure that moms have dedicated places to make food and show the world you’re a family-friendly airport.
